Information you enter on the site
The interactive workflow brief runs in your browser. The answers you enter are used to create a summary on the page; this site does not submit those answers to a VantageRelay server. You may copy the summary or choose to open an email draft. Opening the draft does not send it. If you choose to send an email, VantageRelay receives and uses the information in it to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information.
If you use the provider partnership email link and send a message, VantageRelay will use the information you provide to respond. Messages sent to our Gmail address are handled by Google as the email service provider.
Referrals
VantageRelay will share your details with an independent implementation provider only with your permission. We will explain the proposed introduction before sharing your information.
Hosting and technical information
This site is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI hosts and operates that service and may process information collected through the site as needed to provide, secure, debug, and operate it, under the terms and data-processing arrangements applicable to the account. We do not state a specific hosting location or international-transfer mechanism here because those details depend on the applicable account and hosting configuration. Cookies and similar technologies
The current site code does not include analytics or advertising trackers, third-party embedded media, or server-side storage of workflow brief answers. The hosting service or your browser may process technical information or use technologies needed to provide and secure the site.
How long information is kept
Emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to and manage the enquiry or referral, and as required for applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and privacy requests
You do not need to complete the brief and can close the page without sending it. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority.
