Independent workflow introductions

When work gets stuck, find a clearer next step.

Tell us where a workflow slows down. VantageRelay helps clarify the need and, only with your permission, connects you with an independent provider who can assess the fit. The provider scopes and delivers any project directly.

No AI plan needed. No provider introduction without your clear permission.

Two sides, one clear process

Where would you like to start?

For a business with a workflow question, start by describing the work. For an implementation provider, explore a transparent referral conversation.

For small businesses

Find a sensible next step for the work that slows you down.

Share the process and outcome you have in mind. You do not need to choose a tool or know whether automation is right yet.

For implementation partners

Discuss referral fit with clear expectations.

Talk through service fit, lead attribution and written referral terms before any introduction. Prospect details are shared only with permission.

A guided starting point

Build your workflow brief.

Start with a rough outline and skip what you do not know. Review your answers, then choose whether to keep a copy or open an email draft. This page does not send your answers to a server.

Step 1 of 5 · Your workflow20%

What kind of work is on your mind?

Choose any that fit. “Not sure yet” is a perfectly good place to start.

How it works

Start with the work, not the buzzwords.

A useful conversation begins with the task your team repeats, the handoff that gets missed, or the enquiry that is hard to keep up with—not a preselected AI tool.

01 / Listen

Describe what is happening

We map the current workflow, the people involved, and what a better outcome would need to look like.

02 / Assess

Check whether a referral makes sense

We identify the questions a specialist should answer and avoid pushing automation where it is not a fit.

03 / Introduce

You choose whether to meet

With your permission, we can make an introduction. The provider then confirms scope, price, feasibility and delivery directly with you.

Practical resources

Get clearer before choosing a tool.

A few useful questions can make a first conversation more concrete—and help you spot when a process needs simplification before automation.

01 · Map the work

Describe one workflow, start to finish.

Choose a recurring task and note what triggers it, who acts, which information is needed, and where it pauses or loops back.

  • What begins the task?
  • What is the handoff or exception?
  • What would a better outcome look like?

02 · Check readiness

Ask whether automation is actually a fit.

Automation may not help if the process is unstable, exceptions are frequent, or the cost of a mistake is high.

  • Are the steps reasonably consistent?
  • Can a person review important decisions?
  • What must never be automated?

03 · Choose carefully

Questions to ask a potential provider.

Once introduced, evaluate the provider directly. Ask for specifics before agreeing to scope, access or a project.

  • What will you deliver—and what is excluded?
  • How are privacy, access and errors handled?
  • What support and ongoing costs apply?

These are general discussion prompts, not technical, legal or security advice. An independent provider must assess feasibility, safeguards, scope and pricing for your situation.

What the service is—and is not

One introduction. No blurred responsibilities.

VantageRelay is a connector, not an automation agency. You stay in control of whether a provider is brought into the conversation.

VantageRelay

Clarify & connect

We help frame the operational need and, with your permission, seek a relevant independent provider. We do not build or support the implementation.

Independent provider

Scope & deliver

The provider evaluates technical fit, sets the proposal and commercial terms, contracts with you, and is responsible for implementation and ongoing support.

Straight answers

Practical first. Clear all the way through.

You do not need a finished specification—or a decision about AI—to start describing what would make work better.

Do I need to know which technology I need?

No. Start with the process and the outcome you want. A specialist should assess tools and feasibility after understanding the workflow.

Does VantageRelay build the automation?

No. VantageRelay is an independent referral broker. An implementation provider would scope, price, contract for, deliver and support any project directly.

Am I committing to a project by sending a brief?

No. A brief is only context for a possible conversation. You choose whether to contact VantageRelay, meet a provider, or take any further step. Opening an email draft does not send it.

How does VantageRelay expect to be compensated?

VantageRelay’s intended revenue is referral compensation from implementation partners if a referral progresses; creating a brief does not charge you a VantageRelay fee. We will explain any relevant referral arrangement before an introduction. The provider agrees project scope and pricing directly with you.

What happens to the information I enter here?

The page creates a brief in your browser only. Nothing is submitted or stored by this page. If you choose to open an email, review it and decide whether to send it from your own email account. We will not share your details with an implementation provider until we have named that provider and received your clear permission.

What if I am an automation provider?

We are open to discussing transparent, written referral arrangements with independent providers. We confirm fit and attribution terms before sharing any prospect details—with the prospect’s permission.

For implementation partners

Good referrals begin with clear expectations.

VantageRelay is building relationships with independent providers; this page does not imply an established partner network. We discuss service fit, lead attribution and compensation in writing before any introduction—and share a prospect’s details only with permission.
